Details
Get ready to roll up your sleeves for a complete hands-on adventure learning how to make the perfect scones. Following D’s instruction and base recipe you will be able to make the flavor(s) of your choice. Vegan option is available.
We will cover some basics like the importance of good sanitary procedures, tool use and safety, and choosing the right ingredients.
This class will be offering many different ingredients including wheat, dairy, egg, tree nuts, and coconut. If you have a food allergy I respectfully request that you refrain from attending this class.
Plan to use your hands and be on your feet for during the class so please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting flour on. You will be supplied with an apron and cap (if needed), but feel free to tap into your inner baker and bring your own.
After we create our scone flavors we will bake some off, have a warm scone with a cup of coffee or tea, and enjoy lively conversation about our scone adventure.
