Details
Get ready to roll up your sleeves for a complete hands-on adventure making gluten-free & vegan edible cookie dough. Each participant will be able to make up to two flavors starting with our GF base. This class will be using oat flour and coconut oil to make our dough base and be able to choose from a number of add-ins to create their very own flavor(s). In order to make this as allergen friendly as possible we will not be offering any nuts, mini M&Ms will be available.
We will cover some basics like the importance of good sanitary procedures, why our edible dough is safe to eat, tool use and safety, and how to choose and use ingredients.
Plan to use your hands and be on your feet for during the class so please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting flour on. You will be supplied with an apron and cap (if needed), but feel free to tap into your inner baker and bring your own.
