Get ready to roll up your sleeves for a complete hands-on adventure creating the cookie of your dreams. Each pair will work together to create a cookie that will satisfy you both. This class will be offering many different ingredients including dairy, egg, tree nuts, and coconut. If you have a food allergy please contact Darlene at darlene@dslectables.com to ask about safety and alternative classes.
We will cover some basics like the importance of good sanitary procedures, cross contamination, tool use and safety, and how to choose and use ingredients.
Plan to use your hands and be on your feet for during the class so please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting flour on. You will be supplied with an apron and cap (if needed), but feel free to tap into your inner baker and bring your own.
